Call NBS during the day and be greeted by a person, NOT a machine, directing your call or your message appropriately. After hours the phones roll over to a beeper service that is carried by one of the Company Leaders. Only a person who can open the shop - quote your requirements and get the job moving will be responding to your after hour needs.
